Born and raised in Kineta, Dimitris Tzavaras was exposed from an early age in the art of cooking and hospitality. He developed an interest that would later turn into a passion as he watched his parents work at their family owned restaurant, located just above the beautiful beach of Kineta. It didnt take long for him to join the team and that was when he realised he had found his purpose.
